Georgetown will try and break a two-game losing streak on Tuesday as they travel to face Louisville in a game that can be seen on ESPN 2 at 7:00pm ET. The Hoyas are coming off a loss against Syracuse last Thursday while Louisville won at DePaul on Saturday. Georgetown may be ranked 13th in the country but it is Louisville that has a better Big East conference college basketball wagering record. Louisville is 3.5 point sports wagering lines favorite at SBG Global Sportsbook.
Georgetown got 21 points from Austin Freeman and 20 from Greg Monroe but it was not enough to get past Syracuse last week. They may have a difficult time in this game on Tuesday against a Louisville team that has won three straight overall and five of their last six. In this series, Georgetown has won five of the nine all-time meetings and the teams have split the four games at Louisville. The last time they met was exactly one year ago when Louisville won 76-58 at Georgetown.
Usually Louisville does well recently against Top 25 teams. They are 14-8 against Top 25 teams over the last three years and Georgetown will be the sixth ranked opponent the Cardinals have faced this season. This season though, the Cardinals are just 1-4 vs. Top 25 teams. Louisville is all about offense as they average 78.3 points per game which is 26th best in the country. The problem for the Cardinals is that they give up almost 70 points per game. That can make it tough to cover the spread and Louisville has not been a good team this season vs. the number as they are 8-14 overall and 4-8 ATS at home.
Here is a look at the college basketball wagering stats for this matchup. The road team in this series is 4-1-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. The Hoyas are 9-23 ATS in their last 32 vs. the Big East while the Cardinals are 45-21-2 ATS in their last 68 vs. the Big East. The Cardinals are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games. Looking at the total, the Under is 6-2 in the Hoyas last 8 road games. The Under is 4-1 in the Cardinals last 5 overall. The Over is 8-3 in the Cardinals last 11 home games.

Top-ranked Kentucky will try and remain unbeaten as they face South Carolina on Tuesday in ESPN’s feature college basketball wagering game at 9:00pm ET. The Wildcats are the only unbeaten team in the country at 19-0. They routed Arkansas on Saturday and seem to be getting better as the season goes along. “I think we would have beat any team (Saturday). Everybody came to play. Our bench stepped in and gave 100 percent. This is the best we have played all year and when we play like that, nobody can beat us,” guard Eric Bledsoe said. “We played defense and it carried over to our offense.” Kentucky is a 6.5 point sports wagering lines favorite at SBG Global Sportsbook.
Bledsoe, John Wall and his teammates should get a challenge from South Carolina who is led by Devan Downey who is averaging almost 22 points per game. “I like guarding the best player on the opposite team. I don’t care who it is. If you can play, you are still going to have to show me you can beat me,” Bledsoe said. “We didn’t let Clark do much against us. That’s what we will hopefully do against Downey.”
The concern for Kentucky this college basketball wagering season has been letting down after building big leads. That did not happen on Saturday in their rout of Arkansas. “Once we started getting up, we start playing like we don’t have to play no more, so me and John started telling everybody just to keep playing hard and not let up. I think that kind of helped us and we stretched the lead out. That’s what we have to do every game,” Bledsoe said.
There is no question that Kentucky is getting better. And the players don’t seem satisfied. “We are not satisfied with being No. 1. That is the good thing about this team. We are never going to get complacent. Everybody comes in and we just work hard. No matter what drill we are doing, everybody will go hard.” Bledsoe added.
South Carolina has really not shown much this college basketball wagering lines season. They are 11-8 overall and 7-9 against the spread. They are coming off losses at Florida and Mississippi. The Gamecocks are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Wildcats are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings at South Carolina. The road team in this series is 7-2 ATS in the last 9 meetings.

Tennessee defeated Kansas, Auburn and Mississippi in their last three games, the last win coming in overtime on Saturday against the Rebels. Center Wayne Chism had 26 points and 12 rebounds in the 71-69 win over Mississippi.

The question now becomes how Tennessee will do on the road. They face an Alabama team that has lost two straight including 71-59 to Arkansas on Saturday. The last time Tennessee traveled to Alabama was two years ago and they came away with a 93-86 win. The Volunteers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 college basketball wagering lines games overall.
