Two Wild Card hopefuls meet on Monday night football wagering as the Green Bay Packers host the Baltimore Ravens live on ESPN at 8:35pm ET. The Packers have won three straight and are in prime position to make the playoffs while the Baltimore Ravens are coming off a huge win last week against Pittsburgh that got them into the playoff picture. Green Bay is a 3-point sports wagering lines favorite with a total of 42.5 at SBG Global.
The Packers come into this game with some extra rest as they played on Thanksgiving as they routed Detroit 34-12. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 348 yards and three touchdowns in the win. The Green Bay defense also played well as Charles Woodson had a big game that was good enough for him to be named NFC Defensive Player of the week. The Green Bay defense now leads the league in fewest yards allowed per game although they are 12th in points allowed.
Baltimore got a big win against Pittsburgh last week 20-17 in overtime. The win puts the Ravens into the NFL wagering Wild Card picture in the AFC at 6-5. The Baltimore offense has struggled in recent weeks but they do have the strong rushing attack led by Ray Rice. Joe Flacco has not been nearly as good this season as a year ago. He has thrown only two TDs in his last five games. Baltimore will look to run the ball on Monday but they face a Green Bay defense that is fourth in the league in fewest rushing yards allowed.
One of the key factors in this Monday game will be the status of Baltimore linebacker Terrell Suggs. He has been out due to injury in the last two games and the Baltimore defense has missed him. The Ravens are 10th in the league in total defense and need a healthy Suggs in the lineup.
The Packers and Ravens have only met three times in history with Green Bay winning two of the three. The Packers are 26-28 with one tie all-time on Monday Night Football wagering lines. Green Bay is 11-7 at home on Monday and the Packers are 0-2 against the Ravens in Monday Night Football appearances. The last time the two teams met on Monday Night Football was in 2005 as Baltimore won 48-3 at home.

The two best offenses in the NFL wagering should put on a show on Monday night as the unbeaten New Orleans Saints host the New England Patriots live at 8:30pm ET on ESPN. The Saints lead the league in total yards at 420.5 per game and in points per game at 36.9. The Patriots are second in yards per game at 416.1 yards. The Saints are on the same pace that the Patriots were on two years ago when they went unbeaten during the regular season. Quarterback Drew Brees leads a wide open offense that is tough to stop. New Orleans is a 1.5 point wagering lines favorite with a total of 56.5 at SBG Global.
New Orleans figures to get tested on Monday by a New England offense that set the standard in excellence. With quarterback Tom Brady and receivers Randy Moss and Wes Welker, the Patriots set the NFL wagering record for most points scored in a season two years ago. It will be up to the Saints defense to contain Brady and his receivers. The Saints rank #1 in the league in takeaways and interceptions so they have a chance to slow down Brady. Safety Darren Sharper leads the league in interception return yards.
On the other side of the ball it seems unlikely that New England can stop Brees and the New Orleans offense. The Saints have a number of weapons on offense and actually have a higher ranking rushing the ball than throwing it. The Saints are 5th in the league in rushing and 6th in passing. The Patriots are only 14th in the NFL against the run but they are 6th against the pass.
New England has won 8 of the 11 all-time meetings against New Orleans with the last victory coming by a score of 24-17 in 2005. Here are more NFL wagering lines stats for Monday’s game. The Patriots are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Patriots are 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 games as a road underdog.
The Saints are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games in Week 12. The Saints are 12-4-1 ATS in their last 17 games overall. The Saints are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games as a home favorite. The Over is 11-5 in the Patriots last 16 games as a road underdog. The Over is 4-0 in the Saints last 4 Monday games. The Over is 12-3-1 in the Saints last 16 games as a home favorite. The Over is 21-9-1 in the Saints last 31 games overall.

If their first meeting is any indication, Monday Night Football wagering lines on ESPN could be a good one as the Houston Texans host the Tennessee Titans at 8:35pm ET. The teams met back in NFL Week 2 and the Texans came away with a thrilling 34-31 victory. The Texans are 5-4 in the AFC and right in the middle of the playoff picture while Tennessee is 3-6 and red-hot having won three straight. Houston is a 4 point wagering lines favorite with a total of 48.5 at SBG Global.
The Titans are 3-0 since making the change to quarterback Vince Young. Running back Chris Johnson has run over opposing teams in recent weeks and that has made things pretty easy for Young. Johnson has 495 yards rushing and six touchdowns in the last three games. He leads the league in rushing and the Titans lead the league in yards per carry. In the first meeting against Houston, Johnson had 197 yards and two touchdowns.
The Texans are coming off their bye week which was needed after they blew a game at Indianapolis the previous week. Kris Brown missed the game tying field goal and the Texans limped into their bye week after another disappointing loss. Houston is sixth in the NFL wagering in total offense led by quarterback Matt Schaub. He has thrown for 2653 yards this season to go along with 17 touchdowns. He does have 9 interceptions though and must avoid turning the ball over on Monday. His favorite target is Anthony Johnson who had 149 yards and two touchdowns in the previous meeting against Tennessee.
Tennessee has won 11 of the 15 all-time meetings against Houston. The Titans are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games in November. The Titans are 16-7 ATS in their last 23 games as an underdog. The Titans are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 road games. The underdog is 9-3 ATS in the last 12 meetings between the two teams. The Texans are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. the AFC South. Houston is 2-5 ATS in the last 7 meetings against Tennessee. The Over is 4-0 in the Titans last 4 road games. The Under is 5-1 in the Texans last 6 games overall. The Over is 6-1 in the last 7 meetings between Houston and Tennessee.
