aaron rodgersTwo Wild Card hopefuls meet on Monday night football wagering as the Green Bay Packers host the Baltimore Ravens live on ESPN at 8:35pm ET. The Packers have won three straight and are in prime position to make the playoffs while the Baltimore Ravens are coming off a huge win last week against Pittsburgh that got them into the playoff picture. Green Bay is a 3-point sports wagering lines favorite with a total of 42.5 at SBG Global.

The Packers come into this game with some extra rest as they played on Thanksgiving as they routed Detroit 34-12. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 348 yards and three touchdowns in the win. The Green Bay defense also played well as Charles Woodson had a big game that was good enough for him to be named NFC Defensive Player of the week. The Green Bay defense now leads the league in fewest yards allowed per game although they are 12th in points allowed.

Baltimore got a big win against Pittsburgh last week 20-17 in overtime. The win puts the Ravens into the NFL wagering Wild Card picture in the AFC at 6-5. The Baltimore offense has struggled in recent weeks but they do have the strong rushing attack led by Ray Rice. Joe Flacco has not been nearly as good this season as a year ago. He has thrown only two TDs in his last five games. Baltimore will look to run the ball on Monday but they face a Green Bay defense that is fourth in the league in fewest rushing yards allowed.

One of the key factors in this Monday game will be the status of Baltimore linebacker Terrell Suggs. He has been out due to injury in the last two games and the Baltimore defense has missed him. The Ravens are 10th in the league in total defense and need a healthy Suggs in the lineup.

The Packers and Ravens have only met three times in history with Green Bay winning two of the three. The Packers are 26-28 with one tie all-time on Monday Night Football wagering lines. Green Bay is 11-7 at home on Monday and the Packers are 0-2 against the Ravens in Monday Night Football appearances. The last time the two teams met on Monday Night Football was in 2005 as Baltimore won 48-3 at home.
